Outbound Sales Manager (Sweden)

Trustmary is expanding to Sweden and looking for Swedish Sales Managers to join us!

Trustmary helps companies to convert more sales with customer feedback. Our SaaS product was launched in 2019 and today we have over 300 SaaS customers in Finland, Europe and the USA. 

To support our growth in Europe, we are expanding to Sweden and looking for Sales Managers to hop on!

Trustmary was founded on the vision of trust as the most essential asset in business. Trustmary makes it easy to collect feedback, find promoters and spread out testimonials. This will increase the reliability of business and improve website conversions leading to increased sales.

Collecting feedback must be easy and systematic. References and recommendations should accumulate automatically from the feedback flow. By utilizing satisfied customers and their feedback with our software we can show ROI in sales & marketing.

What you'll be doing?

In your role you will be responsible for new customer acquisition and customer onboarding. Your most important task is to help companies to understand the importance of references, reviews and testimonials in business.

You work with CEOs, CMOs and VP Sales. At the moment we work with SMEs on these three sectors:

  1. Marketing-oriented B2C-companies
  2. E-commerces
  3. Data and marketing-oriented B2B-companies

Your work consists of the following:

  • Prospecting: exploring new market opportunities and identifying sales leads
  • Getting in touch with potential clients with our bulletproof outbound cadencer
  • Having online sales meetings with decision-makers
  • Selling value to our customers
  • Onboarding new customers
  • Improving your sales skills in the Swedish markets together with the Nordic Team Lead and the Swedish sales team.

What do we expect from you?

You understand how businesses work and want to improve the way companies do marketing and sales today. You should be fluent in English and Swedish.

This position requires 1-3 years of relevant experience in result-oriented B2B sales and a certain level on independency and self-management. You know that in sales, results derive from the day-to-day activities. We expect that you will have at least 30 meetings per month and you are able to close 3 deals monthly.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with the right mindset and a will to grow and advance in their career.
